Type of course

The subject is an elective course for students who have been admitted to the Master's Studies in Psychology. Furthermore, it is part of an Erasmus Blended Intensive Learning Program. Students and staff from two other European Higher Education institutions will participate in the course. Students can attain the learning outcomes without traveling.

Course contents

This course showcases well-being at work from a positive work and organizational psychology perspective. After having introduced basic concepts and processes, we study the beneficial and undesirable effects of resources in organizations. Taking a multilevel perspective, we focus on resources at the person, interindividual, and organizational level. Specifically, we are shedding light on the following resources:

We will draw on theoretical and empirical research to discuss these resources’ antecedents, consequences, boundary conditions, and mediating processes.
