Objective of the course
Knowledge: Based on techniques given in Operations Research 1 and some extensions this course give the students knowledge in modelling and optimization of real-life deterministic or probabilistic systems.
Skills: The candidate will be able to perform modelling and optimization of real-life deterministic or probabilistic systems by formulating a model, decide solution techniques and then solve the model.
General (overall) Qualifications: Based on the practical experience of solving real-life problems the candidate shall be able to communicate, solve and improve related problems in future education and working life.
