SOA-1009 Natur og samfunn - 10 stp

Dette er et valgemne for bachelorstudenter i sosialantropologi. Emnet kan også inngå i andre bachelorprogrammer innen samfunnsfag og humaniora.

Emnet kan tas som enkeltemne.

Forelesninger og eksamen gis kun i høstsemesteret.

Studenter som har fullført og bestått emnet, skal ha oppnådd følgende læringsutbytte:

Kunnskaper•

• ha grunnleggende kunnskap om antropologiske perspektiver på menneske - natur relasjoner.
• ha grunnleggende kunnskaper om antropologiske perspektiver på ressursforvaltning.
• ha grunnleggende kunnskaper om fagretningen antrozoologi, som studerer relasjoner mellom mennesker og dyr

Analytisk forståelse

• å kunne reflektere over og ha forståelse for folks kunnskap, adferd og følelser overfor natur.
• å kunne anvende ulike antropologiske tilnærminger til forhold mellom mennesker og dyr.

ARBEIDSKRAV:

En semesteroppgave bestående av 2000 ord (5-6 sider) over et gitt emne. Oppgaven vil bli vurdert som bestått/ikke bestått.

EKSAMEN:

Avsluttende eksamen består av en hjemmeeksamen med gitt tema på ca. 3500 ord (ca.10 sider), skrevet over en uke.

Karakterer fra A til F for bestått og F er ikke bestått.

Eksamensresultatene annonseres på Stud.Web senest 3 uker etter innleveringsfristen.

KONTINUASJONSEKSAMEN:

Emnet er åpent for kontinuasjonseksamen for studenter som ikke har bestått eksamen.

Eksamensdato er foreløpig og vil kunne bli endret. Endelig eksamensdato kunngjøres ved oppslag på det enkelte fakultet primo mai for vårsemesteret og primo november for høstsemesteret.
