Course contents

The experience society is upon us and consumers are more than ever engaged in experiences in all aspects of their private and professional life. The course in experience development gives an insight into this change in society, by recognizing experiences as an economic offering, being the essence of what consumers want, and furthermore providing potential for future economic growth. The relational aspect of experience development is key. Businesses worldwide also face a fundamental change in the ways that consumers interact with each other, and consumers now have a stronger voice. After attending this course student will have knowledge of the development of experiences and how co-creation of experiences are crucial in marketing.

Lectures, seminars and business visits.

Assessment

There will be a compulsory group/individual work consisting of a written part and an oral presentation in class. The assignment must be approved before students qualify for exam.

 

4-hour individual written school exam. The exam is graded by one internal examiner and one external examiner using a grading system ranging from A-F, where F is failure to pass the exam.

The date for the exam can be changed. The final date will be announced at your faculty early in May and early in November.
