Objective: To secure that employees and students at UiT working in laboratories, participating on fieldwork and/or segoing expeditions have basic knowledge on how to minimize risk. The course includes the topics presented in the schedule. The themes are based on web-presentations, videos or organized as seminars.

Target group: The course is manadory for all new employees, guest researchers, master and PhD students that are going to work in laboratories, participating on fieldwork and/or segoing expeditions.

HMS-0500 has to be completed before going on field trip, cruise or to starting work in laboratories
