Course contents
The course will present geological problems in the field to the student, and will focus on the integration and synthesis of various topics concerning hard rock geology: field relations, lithological variations, magmatic, structural and metamorphic evolution. The excursion will be located to areas outside those where the students do their field work for their master theses.
Admission requirements
The course is not available as a singular course. The course is not available to exchange students or free-movers.

English.
Teaching methods
24 h lectures; 20 h practical exercises, 5 days field training.
Assessment
Students will be evaluated through journal and field report.
Grading: Pass/fail
Course work requirements
Approved field report.
