- Work breakdown structures and activity networks
- Critil chain project scheduling
- Project evaluation and control
- Resource management
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Project leadership and human factors
- Project termination
- Under supervision and guidance students select and manage their own project. Projects are carried out individually or by a group of maximum three student
Objectives of the course
Learning outcomes, skills and attitudes
Knowledge and understanding about principles, concepts, and processes related to project management. Knowledge about procedures, methodologies, tools and software used to control and manage processes within the whole life cycle of a project.
