Activity day Campus Narvik 22. April from 12 - 16

BIL og velferdsgruppa inviterer alle ansatte ved campus Narvik til aktivitetsdag i Narvikfjellet. 

Vi vil ha base ved Asbjørnstua, her blir det konkurranser, premier og musikk. Vi serverer enkel grillmat og bålkaffe i området. Arrangementet gjennomføres i tråd med Covid-19 retningslinjene for smittevern.

Under har vi satt opp planlagte aktiviteter, men man kan også sitte ved bålpannen, drikke kaffe og nyte det fine været vi har bestilt om man ikke vil kjøre ski :)

Fottur i fjellet
I fjellet har vi en fantastisk vei helt opp til toppen av gondolen. Veien trakkes hele vinteren og er tilgjengelig for de som vil gå på beina.

Langrenn
Fra Asbjørnstua kan man bruke Kobberstadløypa om man vil gå på langrenn. Du kan se oppdatert løypeinformasjon på kart.skisporet.no.

Slalom
Slalombakken er åpen fra kl. 13 når anlegget åpner. Anlegget er åpent for alle ansatte som ønsker det. Har du ikke utstyr, men har lyst å prøve og kjøre slalom, vil man kunne låne utstyr fra Narvikfjellet. 3 timers skileie og heiskort dekkes av arrangementskomiteen. Det vil også være mulighet for nybegynnere å få tips. Mer informasjon om dette kommer etter hvert. Meld din interesse for skileie og heiskort i påmeldingen!

På grunn av smittesporing er påmelding påkrevd! 
Påmeldingsfrist: 16. april.

Det vil ikke bli anledning til å ha med alkoholholdig drikke.
Dersom situasjonen endrer seg med tanke på smittevernstiltak kan arrangementet bli flyttet eller avlyst på kort varsel. Oppdatert oversikt over aktiviteter og agenda vil sendes ut til påmeldte senere.

Activity day Campus Narvik April 22nd!  

BIL and the welfare group invite all employees at Campus Narvik to an activity day in Narvikfjellet.

We will be based at Asbjørnstua, where there will be competitions, prizes and music. We will serve simple barbecue and bonfire coffee in the area. The event is conducted in line with Covid-19 guidelines for infection control.

Below we have set up planned activities, but you can also sit by the campfire, drink coffee and enjoy the nice weather we have booked if you do not want to ski or hike :)

Hiking in the mountains
In the mountains we have a fantastic road right up to the top of the gondola. The road is accessible all winter for those who want to walk on their feet.

Cross-country skiing
From Asbjørnstua you can use the ski trail “Kobberstadløypa” if you want to go cross-country skiing. You can see up-to-date trail information on kart.skisporet.no/.

Slalom
The slopes are open from 13:00. If you do not have equipment, but would like to try slalom, you will be able to borrow equipment from Narvikfjellet. 3 hours ski rental and ski passes are covered by the event committee. There will also be the opportunity for beginners to get tips and tricks on how to ski in the slopes. More information about this will come later. Notify us of your interest for ski-lift pass and ski equipment in the registration!

Due to infection tracking, registration is required!  
Registration deadline 2021-April-16! 

There will be no opportunity to bring alcohol-containing drinks.
If the situation changes about infection control measures, the event may be moved or cancelled at short notice. An updated list of activities and information will be sent out to the registered attendees later.
