VIKTIG MELDING TIL ALLE STUDENTER OG ANSATTE: All fysisk undervisning ved UiT stoppes med umiddelbar virkning/ IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES: All physical tuition at UiT has been canceled with immediate effect

Melding til alle studenter:

·       UiT avlyser alt fysisk undervisning. Digital undervisning går som normalt. Dette gjelder i første omgang fra og med 12. mars til og med fredag 17. april 2020. 

·       Alle planlagte undervisningstokt, forskningstokt og feltarbeid avlyses. Pågående tokt kan gjennomføres. Kontakt nærmeste leder for nærmere informasjon. 

·       UiT vil ta i bruk digital undervisning der det er mulig. Nærmere informasjon vil komme fra det enkelte studieprogram.

·       Veiledning skal gjøres digitalt, f.eks. via Skype.

·       Informasjon om kommende eksamener vil bli gitt på e-post.

·       Studenter skal ikke oppholde seg på våre campus. Det gis anledning å hente personlig utstyr i perioden frem til fredag klokken 16:00.

·       Studenter i praksis følger praksisstedets anvisning  
 

Melding til alle ansatte:

·       Ansatte oppfordres til å arbeide hjemmefra, dersom arbeidets art tillater det. Dette avklares med nærmeste leder.

·       Ansatte i risikogrupper skal jobbe hjemmefra. Husk å varsle nærmeste leder, eller faglærer.

·       Ansatte over 65 år skal som hovedregel arbeide hjemmefra.

·       Alle planlagte undervisningstokt, forskningstokt og feltarbeid avlyses. Pågående tokt kan gjennomføres. Kontakt nærmeste leder for nærmere informasjon. 

·       Studenter i praksis følger praksisstedets anvisning

//IMPORTANT MESSAGES//

Message to all students:

– All physical tuition at UiT has been canceled. Digital tuition will proceed as normal. This will be in effect as of now (12th of March) and until Friday April 17th 2020.

– All scheduled teaching expeditions, research expeditions and fieldwork has been canceled. On-going expeditions may proceed. Contact the nearest manager for further information.

– UiT will implement digital tuition wherever possible. The study program in question will give further information.

– Guidance will be given digitally, for example via Skype.

– Information about scheduled exams will be e-mailed to students.

– Students are to keep off and stay away from all of our campuses. Students will be able to pick up personal belongings until Friday 4 p.m.

– Students in practice will follow the guidelines of the practice location.

Message to all employees:

– Employees are encouraged to work from home, as long as the nature of the works allows for it. This is to be clarified with the nearest manager.

– Employees in risk groups are to work from home. Remember to notify the nearest manager, or academically responsible.

– Employees above the age of 65 will as a general rule work from home.

– Students in practice will follow the guidelines of the practice location.
