Funding from Barentsplus regional mobility program - application round 2017-18

The Barentsplus programme invites students and staff at UiT to apply for funding for   regional academic mobility and projects with  member institutions in the Russian Barents region.

In this application round you can apply for financial support of the following activities:

individual scholarships for students

individual scholarships for teachers

individual scholarships for administrative staff exchanges

travel support for class trips and group visits

organization of and participation in summer/winter schools

participation in summer/winter schools

organization of language courses (Sami, Norwegian or Russian)

preparatory meetings related to development of joint courses/modules/degrees

Student mobility:  B+ Application Form students

Teacher mobility: B+ Application Form Teachers

Project applications and application for organizing courses and seminars should contain the following: a description of the project’s aims and  activities, project timeline,  name of institutions involved in the project, budget, name of project coordinator

Funding for projects will be processed individually.

Please note that UiT applies for funding for outbound students and  teachers  to Russia. The Russian institutions apply for their own teachers and students planning to go to Norway.

NB! All applications should be signed by the project coordinator as well as your Head of department.
