11:00 – 11:45    Session 2: Sea transport of FNPPs – concerns for coastal States (Norwegian Coastal Administration – Ms. Lill Veronika Benjaminsen, Senior Legal Adviser)

11:45 – 12:45    Lunch

12:45 – 13:30    Session 3 – Applicability of the law of the sea and nuclear law to FNPPs (Associate Professor Maria das Neves)

13:30 – 14:15    Session 4 – Applicability of legal instruments adopted under the International Maritime Organization (IMO) relevant to FNPPs (Mr. Jan de Boer, IMO – Senior Legal Officer)

14:15 – 14:30    Coffee break

14:30 – 15:15    Session 5 – Views on applicability of legal instruments adopted under the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to FNPPs, and IAEA’s work in relation to FNPPs (IAEA representative to be confirmed).
