Abstract:
The Medical Imaging Program at Stanford (MIPS) is focused on the development and translation of medical imaging techniques and novel probes. A large portion of this research had been dedicated the design of new radiotracers for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging, with a range of novel radiotracers having been developed from bench to bedside.
In this presentation Tom Haywood will give an overview of some of the recent developments in molecular imaging and radiotracer development at Stanford, ranging from Immuno PET tracers, small molecule radiotracers for imaging brain tumors and radiolabeled peptides for other PET imaging applications.
