Forskerforbundet invites employees at UiT, UNN, NP to the following course: Working in Norway – Know your rights!

Are you new to the Norwegian labour market? Do you wonder how working conditions and workers in Norway are organized in the research sector? Do you want to know your rights?

 

This course is in English for non-Norwegian speakers and Jon W. Iddeng: Special Adviser from Forskerforbundet – will hold the course

(Lunch will be provided for all participants beforehand in the main canteen)

Are you new to the Norwegian labour market? Do you wonder how working conditions and workers in Norway are organized in the research sector? Do you want to know your rights? How to influence your working environment? Are you interested in how salaries are nego­tiated and how to get a wage increase? Are you concerned about a future career in research, and how to get tenure? If so, this is the course for you! The course is aimed at PhD candidates, post-doctoral fellows and anyone involved in the research sector at UiT, NP and UNN.

It is free of charge and open to all employees: members as well as non-members of Forskerforbundet. Please feel free to invite a colleague and friend.
