GIS seminar and workshop

Welcome to a seminar and workshop on GIS in interdisciplinary projects, arranged by ARC - Arctic Centre for Sustainable Energy

GIS, Geographic Information Systems, is a tool for collection, organisation, storage, analysis and presentation of geographic data. GIS is used in a wide range of areas, and many possibilities for multidisciplinary projects.

The objective of the seminar and workshop is to gather researchers from different scientific areas in the ARC community and learn about GIS: what it is, its possibilities, and the benefits for different types of research projects. The event is also open to students and external participants.
