WONA members visited the Like Betzy exhibition at the Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum. Charis Gullickson’s behind-the-scenes tour focused on curatorial strategies used in the exhibition. In addition Gullickson held a round table presentation on her PhD project Curatorial Strategies and Methodologies: Momentum for Rethinking Sámi Art – a public sector PhD funded by the Research Council of Norway in collaboration with the Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum. The project includes fieldwork at the Anchorage Museum in Alaska (2020/2021). The WONA roundtable discussion included several participants, MA students from the art history department as well as invited guest, Kristoffer Dolmen, director at Sámi Dáiddaguovddáš / Samisk senter for samtidskunst (SDG).
