Implementere is a website for those working in local services or management, specialist health services, or other organizations that have an impact on the upbringing of children and young people. On this page you will find a description in english.

If you have a role in an implementation process, this webpage can be a useful resource for you in your work. This applies whether you are initiating an establishment or involved in an implementation process that has already begun.

What does the webpage contain?

The website is in Norwegian and has two modules: "What do you need to know?" And "What do you need to do?"

In the "What do you need to know?" module, you will gain basic knowledge about implementation through short texts and videos. In the "What do you need to do?" module, you will find the model that should be the practical support in your implementation work. The model consists of four phases that take you through the implementation process, nine core elements that are all important for a successful implementation, and tools that help you solve various practical tasks.

How can you use Implementere.no?

The starting point for an implementation process can vary. Sometimes you want to implement a measure that has been developed by others. Other times, you want to develop your own offerings. Sometimes the initiative can come from the service itself. Other times, the initiative can come from outside. Sometimes the implementation will take place in only one service, while other times it will involve many departments or services. Sometimes the efforts are complex and involve many components, many professionals, and many services. Other times, the efforts can be simpler.

This also means that the implementation process must be adapted to the specific measure. The "What do you need to know?" module provides you with sufficient understanding of implementation work in general and our model in particular, so that you can use the model adapted to your implementation work. Therefore, we recommend that you go through the four topics in the module before you start working with the "What do you need to do?" module.

Who has developed Implementere?

The website is developed by the four regional knowledge centers for children and young people (RKBU Nord, RKBU Midt Norge, RKBU Vest, and RBUP Øst og Sør) on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health and the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs.
