How do I set the classroom / auditorium door unlocked?
Depending on the type of cardreader, use either * 1 or v 1
Then use your card on the cardreader, enter your PIN if prompted.
It is important that you lock the room again after use, and then you use * 9 or v 9 and the same procedure as above.
 
I can't set the door to the classroom or auditorium unlocked.
It is a function that is added to cards, and it should be working for all employee cards and personal guest cards. In some cases it might be missing on regular guest cards. Studentcards do not have this permission.
I get a red light/refused access on the card reader after I press my PIN-code, what do I do?

I get a red light/refused access on the card reader when I use my card, what do I do?
If you're an employee check the expiry date on your card. Contact those at your department who can order accesses.
There's no reaction from the cardreader when I use my card, what do I do?
Contact those who printed your card, and ask them to check the encoding of the card.
 
I get a green light / unlocked in the card reader, but the door is still locked.
