Roxana Sarion holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature (2007, University of Zaragoza, Spain) and a M.A. in Ibero-Romance Studies (2004, University of Bucharest, Romania), as well as a B.A. in Spanish and Romanian Language and Literature (2003, University of Bucharest, Romania).
She is Guest Researcher and visiting Lecturer at the Escuela de Estudios Hispano-Americanos (2017), the Universiteit van Amsterdam (2015), the Universidad de Zaragoza (2012) and Universidad San Jorge (2009).
She holds a Norwegian teaching qualification granted by Utdanningsdirektoratet in 2017 as well as a Spanish teaching qualification (CAP) in 2009. She is recognized as a certified teacher of Spanish as Second Language (E.L.E.) by the Instituto Cervantes in Spain (2004) and The Netherlands (2012), as well as examiner of Spanish language (E.L.E.) at levels B1 and B2 by the Instituto Cervantes in Utrecht, The Netherlands (2013).
She was Spanish teacher at different private and public institutions in Spain and The
Netherlands from 2008 to 2015 and she is Spanish-Romanian Sworn Translator authorized by
the Romanian Ministry of Justice in Bucharest (2013).
