Stillingsbeskrivelse:

I doktorgraden min (avsluttet i november 2015) fokusserte jeg hovedsakelig på utsynking av organisk karbon og partikler (> 50 µm) arktiske strøk (Barentshavet, Adventfjorden, Svalbard). Jeg er interessert i hvordan størrelsesspektra av synkende partikler forandrer seg avhengig av område, sesong, lagdeling, fytoplankton og zooplankton forekomst og hvordan de kan kobles mot karboneksport og utsynking av små celler. Fom januar 2016 skal jeg jobbe som PostDoc i prosjektet ARCEx og skal fortsette forskningen min i feltet vertikal fluks, fysisk-biologiske interaksjoner og koblingen mellom det pelagiske og bentiske økosystemet.
