As lives go on in the age of Covid-19. Student films from the master programme of visual anthropology

As lives go on in the age of Covid-19
Student films from the master programme of visual anthropology
UiT The Arctic University of Norway
Verdensteateret, 16 June 2021, 17-21.30

Welcome to what has become a cherished annual event at Verdensteateret, the screening of final student films from the master programme in visual anthropology at UiT (https://en.uit.no/education/program/269222/visual_anthropology_-_master). As usual we will be screening films from different parts of the world, this year, which was of course heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, taking you to in and around Tromsø, Senja, Provence in the south of France, northern Cameroun and somewhere where many of us have spent a lot of time during the pandemic; Cyberspace. Attached a PDF with the screening programme of the five films included in this year’s harvest.

Three filmmakers will be present while the remaining two will join us via Zoom.

Alt blir bra!

Admission is free but we kindly ask you to support a crowdfunding campaign to enable one of our Cameroonian students, Pierre Lankissa, to travel to an international film festival in October: https://gofund.me/1db101da. You can also support by sending any amount using Vipps 96953520 writing Lankissa2021. Thanks in advance for your support.
