"The notochord story in salmon – from the start to the end" by Prof Emer Harald Kryvi

Professor Emeritus Harald Kryvi from the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Bergen, is visiting NFH these snowy days.

His research the past two decades has been directed towards the development of the vertebral column in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar). Fish anatomy constitute the backbone of Kryvi’s professional career, and he has gained broad experience as a teacher within this field.
