[LØST] SPSS 23 lisensproblem (Lireg-versjonen)

Det vil dessverre ta noen dager å anskaffe nye lisenser. PC-brukere kan inntil da aktivere den midlertidige lisensen ved å starte SPSS Licence Authorization Wizard og velge Enable for temporary usage og følge anvisningene ved å velge temp.txt fra c:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\23. På mac skal man kunne gjøre det samme, men da vi testet hadde vi problemer med å lokalisere temp.txt filen.

Unfortunately, the empty license pool will not be replenished for a few days. PC users may enable a temporary license from the SPSS License Authorization Wizard and choose Enable for temporary usage.  Follow the on screen instructions and select the temp.txt file from c:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\23. This procedure should have worked on mac also, but during testing we were unable to locate the temp.txt file.

Når man forsøker å aktivere SPSS 23, lastet ned fra Lireg på profil.uit.no -> Software licenses får man beskjeden: "Authorization failed: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses".

Det er et problem med lisensen knyttet til lisenskoden som benyttes, og det berører både mac og pc-versjonen. Problemet er meldt videre og vil bli løst så snart som mulig.

The SPSS 23 license activation of the Lireg version (available from profil.uit.no -> Software licenses ) currently fails due to an empty license pool. This goes for both the mac and pc version. The problem has been reported on and will be resolved as soon as possible.
