Evalueringsenheten i Norad inviterer til seminar om Real-time evaluation of NORHED.
Utkast til plan for gjennomføring av aktiviteten skal diskuteres, det er også mulig å få rapporten til kommentar på forhånd - og om en ikke vil ta en så lang reise for bare et kort seminar.

Evaluating higher education for development: A discussion on the framework for the real-time evaluation of NORHED
Norad’s Evaluation Department has commissioned a real-time evaluation of the Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education (NORHED). The evaluation consists of a series of studies to be conducted by the University of Southern California’s Development Portfolio Management Group (DPMG).
The evaluation team, represented by Lauritz Holm-Nielsen will present the draft report from the first assignment: to develop a testable theory of change as well as to propose methods and indicators for future evaluation assignments.
The draft report will be distributed to all seminar participants prior to the seminar. The Evaluation Department welcomes all comments to the draft, during the seminar, or by email from individuals who are unable to participate in Oslo. After the seminar, the evaluation team will develop a final version of the report to be published on the Evaluation Department’s website.
