The research group for seafood science conducts research within three main areas:
  • Seafood and human health
  • Quality of seafood
  • Quality-oriented processing of marine raw materials

educate graduates who can further develop Norwegian fisheries and aquaculture industry so that the positive development can continue in the future and at the same time contribute to sustainable global production of seafood
