Mana is a researcher at the Norwegian Centre for the Law of the Sea (NCLOS) focusing on the Rights of Nature.

Mana holds a LL.M. degree in Polar Law from the University of Akureyri, Iceland. She has completed the fifth Korea Arctic Academy in Busan in 2019. Prior to starting her PhD, Mana was assistant scientific secretary at the North Atlantic Marine Mammal Commission in Tromsø, and editing assistant for the forthcoming book edited by Vito De Lucia, Alex Oude Elferink and Lan Ngoc Nguyen, International Law and Marine Areas beyond National Jurisdiction.



Forskningsinteresser

Mana's research interests concern international environmental law, Rights of Nature, and Arctic issues.
