Stillingsbeskrivelse

The primary focus of my PhD research is to deepen our mechanistic understanding of the neurobiological basis of mind wandering. I am especially interested in achieving realistic representations of the neural mechanisms underlying cognition and attention using multidisciplinary approaches that combine (ultra-high field) functional neuroimaging with cognitive modeling, machine learning, and network analysis to more comprehensively chart systems-level interactions between the deep brain, neuromodulation, and cortex.
