Photoshop and editing digital images - introductory course for students

This is a free introductory course in digital image editing with Adobe Photoshop. The course is for students and will be held in English.

Note: the same course will be held the day before in Norwegian

About  the course

This introductory course covers basic image editing techniques that you would use if you wanted to clean up a photograph before publishing to e.g. Facebook or in a magazine.

After the course you will be able to:

• Make a crooked image straight and crop it to the correct format
• Remove blemishes, color correct red eyes
• Correct color and contrast to make dull pictures more exciting
• Compress images for export to different channels

Photoshop is the industry standard for image editing and during the course you will learn how to use it for free. Course participants are not required to have any knowledge of image editing or Photoshop beforehand.
