Arctic Predators as Indicators for tundra ecosystem state, a project in the frame of the International Polar Year, which is part of the cluster ArcticWOLVES. The main aim of the project is to investigate whether predators and their diet can be used as indicators to monitor changes in structure and functioning of terrestrial arctic ecosystems.

The R-script Fatsim, which allows investigating the effect of lipid extraction on the results of stable isotope mixing models through simulations, can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the right margin of this page. It is accompanied by a manual, which helps to use the script properly. The script and its use is described in Tarroux A, Ehrich D, Lecomte N et al. (2010) Sensitivity of stable isotope mixing models to variation in isotopic ratios: evaluating consequences of lipid extraction. Methods in Ecology and Evolution, DOI: 10.1111/j.2041-210X.2010.00033.x
The R-script AFLPdat contains a series of function to perform simple analyses with AFLP data and write input files for several commonly used programs in population genetics an phylogeography. It can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the right margin of this page. It is accompanied by a manual, which helps to use the script properly and explains what the different functions do. This script is described in Ehrich D (2006) AFLPdat: a collection of R functions for convenient handling of AFLP data. Molecular Ecology Notes 6: 603-604.
The R-script Structure-sum-2009 contains a series of function to summaries runs performed with the software STUCTURE. It can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the right margin of this page. It is accompanied by a manual, which helps to use the script properly and explains what the different functions do.
