Clarification regarding payment of deposit for accommodation
In the contract you receive it states that you have to return a signed copy of your contract and pay your deposit within seven days. This is only valid for Norwegian students.

While the contract should be signed, scanned and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, the accommodation will remain reserved until 15 September.
If you know that you will not be coming please notify the Student Welfare Organisation by e-mail as soon as you know! There are many students in need of accommodation.
This should be done even if you have notified the International Office.
International students will have an option to pay the deposit during the Introductory Programme (on Thursday 5 August). If you intend to do this please bring cash or credit card with you that day.
If you arrive later you may pay the deposit at the Student Welfare Organisation service office.
