NorStruct is hosted by the University of Tromsø, which provides all infrastructure and premises. University of Tromsø is the northernmost university in the world, 500 km north of the arctic circle. The university is located at the Tromsø island surrounded by faboulus montains.

The majority of the NorStruct activities takes place at the University Campus in Breivika, 6 km north of the centre of Tromsø. The core activity is located at the Department of Chemistry in the Faculty of Science Building with associated facilities at the nearby Norwegian College of Fishery Science and the Faculty of Medicine.
